When will I get my order?
We work quickly to ship you your order.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days (up to 5 working days during peak times) for us to process your order. Once it has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for that order; additionally, you can track your order in your customer account or via the Shop app or with Route.

We strive for every customer to be totally satisfied with their after purchase care. That is why we offer 30 day No Questions Asked returns in our self-serve returns portal. We get it, you get home and try on your brand new M B L A shirt and it just doesn't quite fit right. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
International Returns
We strive for every customer to be totally satisfied with their after purchase care. That is why we offer 30 day No Questions Asked returns in our self-serve returns portal. Unfortunately, due to the high tariffs imposed by the US and the cost of international shipping, it is the customers responsibility for the cost of return shipping. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
Returns for sale items
All sale items are considered Final Sale. However, if you bought a sale item and you received the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged, please let us know immediately and we will be happy to offer you a free exchange or store credit.
