How do you shop?

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING

We work quickly to ship you your order. Please allow 1 to 3 business days (up to 5 working days during peak times) for us to process your order. Orders are processed M-F in the order they are received, and usually within 24 to 72 hours from the time of purchase. In the rare case that a order is taking longer than normal to process, please contact us immediately for either a refund or store credit.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with real-time tracking, additionally, you can track your order in your customer account or via the Shop app or with Route. All delivery times will vary by location.

We also offer free shipping on all US orders over $120.

Flat rate shipping starts at $5.25 for items under 1 lbs.
