How do you shop?

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING

We work quickly to ship you your order. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for us to process your order. Orders are processed M-F in the order they are received, and usually within 24 to 72 hours from the time of purchase. In the rare case that a order is taking longer than normal to process, please contact us immediately for either a refund or store credit.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with real-time tracking, additionally, you can track your order in your customer account or via the Shop app or with Route. All delivery times will vary by location.
